Summary:
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole and ofloxacin in compound ofloxacin cod liver oil emulsion. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used. The chromatographic column was Diamonsii C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-1% ammonium acetate (40:60), the flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1, and the detection wavelength was 293nm. Results: metronidazole had a good linear relationship in the L-1 range of 3.0~30.0 μ g.m, regression equation: Y = 0.12330 + 1.83375X,r = 0.9999(n = 5), average recovery rate 100.33%,RSD = 1.49%(n = 9); Ofloxacin has a good linear relationship in the L-1 range of 2.0~20.0 μ g.m, regression equation: Y = 0.15753 + 0.62353X,r = 0.9999(n = 5, the average recovery rate was 100.31%,RSD = 1.19%(n = 9). Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity; good specificity; easy operation; good reproducibility.

Summary:
objective: to evaluate the efficacy of pingyangmycin, dexamethasone and sodium morrhuate in the treatment of maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma. Methods: 115 patients with maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma were treated with pingyangmycin, dexamethasone and sodium morrhuate combined with intratumoral injection. They were injected once for 5~7 days and 3~5 times as a course of treatment. Results: The average course of treatment of 115 patients was 2 1d. After 6~2 4 months of follow-up after the completion of treatment, the cure and basic cure reached 96 5 2%, and the effective rate was 10 0%. Conclusion: The combined injection of pingyangmycin, dexamethasone and sodium morrhuate is safe, simple, effective and short in the treatment of maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma.

The shark liver oil capsule of the present invention is characterized in that: the shark liver oil capsule is crushed by a shark liver hinge, pumped into an extraction tank, and added 1-3 times of water in the liver slurry; stirred the liver slurry into the tank, heated to 70-100°C, added NaOH solution to adjust to pH9, dissolved cod liver oil, and separated cod liver oil by a high-speed centrifuge, stir and heat to 90-93 ℃, centrifuge and separate. The low-content shark liver oil is concentrated by molecular distillation, and the shark liver oil is cold filtered at 0 ℃ to remove saturated fatty acids to obtain refined shark liver oil.
